Ribs with Orange and Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 kg of pork ribs, chopped
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 2 glasses of fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Season the ribs the day before with the garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
  2. Put the mixture in the fridge. Roast the ribs on a roasting tray in a pre-heated oven (180 ºC) for 2 hours
  3. In the meantime, mix the orange juice, honey, and mustard in a bowl
  4. About 30 minutes before oven time is over, pour the mixture on the ribs and let them caramelise
  5. Plate it and serve with Arabian rice
