Pork Skewer with Cheese Curd

Ingredients

  • 400 g of cheese curd
  • 400 g of pork
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Dice the meat and the cheese curd.
  2. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Assemble the skewers using barbecue sticks and alternating between cheese and meat.
  4. Roast in a barbecue grill or in a tray in the oven for 30 minutes.
  5. You can serve it with sweet and sour sauce if you like.
