Sausages with “moscatel de setúbal” wine

Ingredients:

  • 1 dl of “moscatel de Setúbal” wine
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 lime
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 8 Carmonti Brazilian Sausages
  • 8 slices of Carmonti Bacon

Preparation

  1. In a bowl mix the wine with mustard, ketchup, margarine and the lime juice.
  2. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the sausages in half lengthwise and remove their skin.
  4. Wrap the bacon in the half sausages, secure with a skewer and pour over the marinade prepared.
  5. Heat the plate and when get very hot drain sausages from the marinade and cook them on the plate for about 10 minutes, turning them occasionally and brushing with the marinade.
  6. Serve very hot.
