Mixed pastry puffs with black plums

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry
  • Flemish type cheese diced
  • Pitted black plums
  • Slices of bacon or cooked ham Carmonti
  • Margarine

Preparation

  1. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 225° c.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into squares.
  3. On top of pastry place the bacon or ham and plums stuffed with cheese in place of the core.
  4. Wrap to make a roll.
  5. Cut into slices with about 2 cm.
  6. Place on a tray greased with margarine and bake for about 15 minutes.

Suggestion

You can brush the rolls with an egg yolk and apply poppy seeds and/or sesame.
