Minced meat pizza with large smoked sausage

  • 50 g Margarine
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 100 g of Carmonti cooked ham
  • 5 slices of Carmonti large smoked sausage
  • 100 g fried tomato
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • 300 g of bread dough
  • oil
  • 250 g mozzarella cheese, grated


  1. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 200° c.
  2. Take a frying pan on the stove with the margarine.
  3. When melted, add minced meat and sauté, stirring often until meat loses pink color. Add the fried tomato and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and some thyme.
  5. Roll out the dough into a thin plate and place it on a pizza base or on a tray, previously greased with oil.
  6. Spread the prepared meat and the sauce over the dough, add the small diced cooked ham and the large smoked sausage slices.
  7. Add the grated cheese.
  8. Bake for about 20 minutes.
