Hamburger with flour sausage and cashews

  • Salt
  • 50 g of cashew
  • 1 flour sausage Carmonti
  • 200 g of minced beef
  • 200 g minced pork
  • 1 chopped red chilli
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Margarine
  • round bread
  • 2 tomatoes


  1. Lightly toast the cashews in a nonstick frying pan, then chop them coarsely.
  2. Remove the flour sausage skin and crumble into pieces.
  3. Mix the flour sausage with the minced meat, clean chilli seeds and chopped into small pieces, thyme, finely minced onion and cashews.
  4. Add the Worcestershire sauce and season with a pinch of salt and mix until you have a uniform paste.
  5. Divide into portions and mold them into balls and flatten them giving them the form of hamburgers.
  6. Melt a little of margarine in the pan you used to toast the cashews and cook the burgers on both sides.
  7. Serve the burgers on the buns with a slice of tomato.


In the same pan cook a few slices of bacon Carmonti and add to your burgers. You can also add a slice of cheese.
