Black pudding and flour sausages lasagna

  • 1/2 container of lasagna sheets
  • 2 flour sausages Carmonti
  • 1 Black pudding Carmonti
  • 200 gr of cooked ham Carmonti
  • 400 gr of spinach
  • 5 dl of white sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 g grated emmental cheese
  • Salt


  1. Bake the lasagne sheets in hot water (7 min.)
  2. Separately bake the flour sausages and the black pudding during 10 min.
  3. Allow them to cool down and crush them. Take the stove a pot with olive oil, let heat and add the spinach.
  4. Cook for 4 minutes, then add the black pudding and season with salt.
  5. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180° c.
  6. In a tray of PYREX, put some white sauce and cover with lasagna sheets, spread over one of the flour sausages and some cooked ham, put another layer of lasagna sheets and a little of the mixture of spinach with black pudding.
  7. Repeat until you finish the ingredients. Finally put the white sauce and grated cheese, bake for 20 minutes until golden.
  8. Accompany with a salad.
