Separately bake the flour sausages and the black pudding during 10 min.
Allow them to cool down and crush them. Take the stove a pot with olive oil, let heat and add the spinach.
Cook for 4 minutes, then add the black pudding and season with salt.
Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180° c.
In a tray of PYREX, put some white sauce and cover with lasagna sheets, spread over one of the flour sausages and some cooked ham, put another layer of lasagna sheets and a little of the mixture of spinach with black pudding.
Repeat until you finish the ingredients. Finally put the white sauce and grated cheese, bake for 20 minutes until golden.
